Shipping Policy

We will ship all of our orders via national or international carriers. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2 days. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-8 business days], for destinations within Türkiye. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or orders from abroad or customized products, shipments may take longer. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


Customs Fees and Import Taxes

ESCOM Enhanced Solutions s is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).


Damages

ESCOM Enhanced Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
